Terms & Conditions

  1. General
    1. We operate from Mondays to Fridays all year round except for weekends and gazetted public holidays in Singapore. All orders and shipping arrangements will be made on working days applicable to us.
    2. For enquires related to your account or purchase, please contact us at info@diconcierge.com.
    3. We will attend to all transactions and enquiries as soon as we can. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for us to respond to your queries and refrain from sending multiple emails or submitting multiple forms as this will slow down our response process.
  2. General Purchase & Delivery
    1. As we do not accept order cancellations, please ensure that your order items, delivery address, billing address and contact information provided are correct before making payment. Do note that in the event that the delivery address provided is incorrect and no notification was given within 24 hours after placing the order, we will not be responsible for any misplaced parcels.
    2. We will only process payments that have been verified and the ordered items will be shipped out within 2 to 3 working days.
    3. Each order is tagged to a unique delivery tracking number and is not allowed to be combined with other purchases that have been arranged for delivery to the same address.
    4. We reserve the right to accept, reject or make amendments to any orders.
  3. Making A Purchase & Payment Options
    1. All items in your shopping cart will only be secured and processed for delivery after successful verification of payment.
    2. We will reserve the items in your cart for up to 24 hours. Should there be no payment after 24 hours, the shopping cart will automatically reset and any existing items that have not been checked out will be removed from the shopping cart.
    3. To secure the items in your shopping cart, please proceed to checkout for payment options. Payment can be made via Paypal which accepts a large number of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discovery, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.
    4. We allow up to 24 hours for payment approval. Should we fail to verify your payment within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically.
    5. Please note that we do not allow returns and exchanges should you change your mind about your purchase after payment confirmation.
  4. Delivery (Local)
    1. We work with Singapore Post for all local deliveries. Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of the products and the packaging materials. This amount will be reflected during check out.
    2. Registered Courier charges apply to all local deliveries and will take between 2 – 5 working days to reach your delivery address.
    3. Complimentary shipping is extended to local orders above S$200. Sale items are not applicable for complimentary shipping and delivery charges will be calculated separately during check out.
    4. Local delivery applies to registered addresses on the main island and sentosa except for off-shore islands or areas with restricted access.
  5. Delivery (International)
    1. The international shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s weight as well as packaging materials. The amount will be reflected during check out.
    2. You will be subjected to the mailing rates stated by DHL, excluding import taxes, duties or any other fees related to international delivery.
    3. International orders will generally take 5 to 10 working days to reach your delivery address and is subjected to local customs procedures and may be delayed based on weather conditions.
    4. Complimentary Shipping is extended to orders above S$500. Sale items are not applicable for complimentary shipping and delivery charges will be calculated separately during check out.
  6. Discount Codes & Vouchers
    1. If you wish to apply a discount code for your purchase, please enter the code in the “Voucher” field provided during your check out process.
    2. The discount code must be entered during the check out process. After payment is completed, any requests for application of the discount code will not be entertained.
    3. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash or store credits.
    4. Discount codes are only valid for a specific period of time and this information will be available under the terms and conditions for each promotion and/or visitors to our website will be informed accordingly. We will not entertain requests for extensions of discount codes.
    5. Certain products may be excluded from the discount codes. Please see specific terms and conditions as well as the list of excluded products applicable to that discount code.
    6. Products bought during a sale or with a discount code are not valid for refunds or exchange.
  7. Returns & Exchange / Wrong Item Sent
    1. We apologize if a wrong item was sent. Should you receive a wrong item, kindly contact us within 5 business days at info@diconcierge.com. We will make the necessary arrangements for you to mail the item back to us. All postage charges related to the return and exchange process will be borne by us. Please do not mail the parcel back on your own accord, or else we will not be able to guarantee the reimbursement of your personal shipping arrangements.
    2. Products are only valid for return if the seal on the product cap is not broken. Products will not qualify for return or exchange if the product seal has been tampered with. In such cases, all related shipping charges will not be refunded.
    3. All exchanged items will be sent out once we have confirmed that the items in the returned package are in its original condition. 
  8. Refunds
    1. We only allow refunds if the product(s) paid for are no longer in stock. In this case, our team will be in touch with you for refund arrangements.
    2. Should there be a double payment for the same order, please contact us at info@diconcierge.com for refund arrangements. 
  9. Presentation of Items
    1. Colour, product size and proportions on the website may vary from actual products. The images used on the website are purely for illustration purposes only and not for comparison against the actual products.
    2. Product colour may have slight variance on different screens or devices depending on individual gadget settings. As such, slight colour variation for actual products will not be considered as a defect.
